Singing Bowls

One important rule about the singing bowl is:

you should always play the singing bowl in clockwise direction, not counter clockwise.

Clockwise direction is considered good in spiritual and meditational ways. The energy in a human body flows in clockwise direction. When our body is balanced and healthy, all our chakras are open and they all rotate in the clockwise direction.
